Hi, I’m Kristen — certified 5-PATH hypnotherapist, life coach, and founder of LessAnxious.com.
Before this work, I spent years in nursing, psychology, and social work. I’ve always been drawn to helping people heal — first their bodies, now their relationship with stress and anxiety.
I created this space for people who feel jaded by traditional approaches. People who’ve tried mindfulness, therapy, maybe even meds… and still feel like their system is stuck in overdrive.
This isn’t a hypey promise. It’s a grounded process, rooted in safety, subconscious change, and deep nervous system support.
